Job description
- Direct all aspects of accounting operations, oversee all transactions related to general ledger, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
- Manage a team of 1-2 employees and various outsourced accounting services
- Manage budget, cashflow and forecast processes.
- Work and coordinate with the company’s external auditors during interim and annual audits
- Review/prepare tax returns, IIA reports and other reports for the company’s leadership
- Work on exciting projects, implementations of systems and processes
- Management member
- Presentations to BOD
Job requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup company
- CPA
- Proficient knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong Excel knowledge and experience
- Experience with ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
