Job description

  • Direct all aspects of accounting operations, oversee all transactions related to general ledger, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
  • Manage a team of 1-2 employees and various outsourced accounting services
  • Manage budget, cashflow and forecast processes.
  • Work and coordinate with the company’s external auditors during interim and annual audits
  • Review/prepare tax returns, IIA reports and other reports for the company’s leadership
  • Work on exciting projects, implementations of systems and processes
  • Management member
  • Presentations to BOD

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup company
  • CPA
  • Proficient knowledge of US GAAP
  • Strong Excel knowledge and experience
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
